Challenges:

Even with a wide range of premium gifting options and a very large Instagram following WalletKart faced challenges converting visitors into customers from the website.

Unable to Clearly Display the Quality and Standard of Products:

Customers couldn’t fully understand or appreciate the quality and texture of the leather through static images. Leather is a very tricky material which can give either a very chic exclusive look or just not look right. Which is why customers had doubts as the rich material and fine craftsmanship of the brand didn’t reflect well in just static images

Limited Visibility of Engraving Details in 3D:

The engraving done on all products is one of the main highlights of the brand and needed a 360° showcase that photos couldn’t capture. Customers did not get to see the 3d impact and look of engraved names.

WalletKart strategically added product videos on product pages showcasing the true look in real life, texture, and craftsmanship of each item, helping customers decide and convert immediately.

Homepage Videos:

Eye-catching UGC videos were added to the homepage, featuring real unboxing gift videos highlighting authenticity of the brand’s products. These videos also emotionally expressed unfiltered emotions of excitement and happiness of people receiving these personalised gifts that is the key trigger that pushes viewers to purchase when looking for gifts.

Pop-Up Videos across the website:

WalletKart also added pop-up videos across their website, displaying random product use-cases and reactions, adding liveliness and helping customers explore more gifting options effortlessly by offering variety on every page.
